On January 1, 2018, a new Suffolk County law will go into effect, charging a five-cent fee for plastic and paper carryout bags, at a variety of retail stores. Those in support of the fee believe it will protect the environment. Those against view it as a tax that will hurt local businesses. This is a great idea! I'd include tubing too. The more activities there are for all residents the better off we are as a community. AMH

I agree!

There's plenty of vacant warehouses and industrial space in LI. You should definitely do it! Add a nice rink and you will have year round attraction. Think of all the bday parties kids will have.

We need to Stand Up, Bind Together and Make Nassau Great Again.
