Many school, local and state governemnts are switching their health care employee coverage to a Health Savings Account (HSA) model. With an HSA healthy employees have no out of pocket expense and if you are ill you have 100% coverage after a deductible. The HSA model has saved the state of Indiana as much as 35% on their premiums for employees and there has been an in depth study showing that workers received the same quality health care they would of received with their old coverage.
