The New York State Constitution requires that every 20 years the voters decide if a Constitutional Convention should be held to consider amendments to the State Constitution. Those in support of a Constitutional Convention want campaign finance and ethics reform, fair redistricting and term limits. Those against are concerned of an erosion of hard fought collective bargaining rights and pension reform. Do you support the November 2017 NYS Ballot Proposal to hold a Constitutional Convention?
